Our small business is ran from our family home in NSW. We have a variety of different Dreamcatchers, so please see delivery times below for estimated dispatch times.

Our dreamcatchers are shipped within 7-14 business days after an order is placed.

Shipping Times & Costs

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility and are not liable for damages and delays caused by postage.

Australia Post have also advised that they are delivering as quickly as they can, but right now, some items may take longer than usual to arrive especially with the current COVID-19 restrictions in place.

Please allow around two weeks for delivery once items have been shipped.

Your postage fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Refunds & Returns

Should your item arrive damaged we will offer a store credit to the value of your piece. 

Returns for pieces which are incorrectly created can be returned via the post within 5 days. 

We do not cover postage costs for returns but will happily correct your piece. 

We do not offer refunds on custom items.
