3. We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

5. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

 

 

1. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

2. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Our small business is ran from our family home in NSW. We have a variety of different Dreamcatchers, so please see delivery times below for estimated dispatch times. 

Dispatch Times 

Our dreamcatchers are shipped within 7-14 business days after an order is placed.

Shipping Times & Costs

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility and are not liable for damages and delays caused by postage.

Australia Post have also advised that they are delivering as quickly as they can, but right now, some items may take longer than usual to arrive especially with the current COVID-19 restrictions in place.

Please allow around two weeks for delivery once items have been shipped.

Your postage fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Refunds & Returns

Should your item arrive damaged we will offer a store credit to the value of your piece. 

Returns for pieces which are incorrectly created can be returned via the post within 5 days. 

We do not cover postage costs for returns but will happily correct your piece. 

We do not offer refunds on custom items.
